Gary understands how homes are constructed from the foundation all the way up to the roof, and that knowledge didn’t come to him by chance— Gary has had two of his own homes built from the ground up. He also has substantial experience in property management and maintenance, and he has purchased, remodeled, and sold many homes over the years. All of this experience has proven complementary to the work he does today. Gary owes thanks to both the successes and the mistakes he made along the way for helping him become a home inspector with a reputation for helping his clients find long-lasting peace of mind with their home purchase.
Tom PhInney – licensed home inspector
Tom is a husband of 33 years and is and a proud father.
He attended trade school while attending high school to assure a proper construction education. That being said he has decades of construction experience. He has extensive knowledge and experience in roofing , flooring and all things framing. Tom has owned an operated a remodeling and construction business for years. He has a Five Star Rating with dozens reviews which should give customers confidence when working with Tom. He and Gary work together most of the time allowing for a thorough, professional inspection.
Tom enjoys hunting, fishing, and any outdoor activities. He helps his wife take meticulous care of their property and horses when he and Gary are not inspecting homes.
