Following our comprehensive inspection of the home, we’ll go back over our notes and start putting together a detailed inspection report that you’ll have access to within 24 hours.

From the base structure of the home to the topmost shingles on the roof, we’ll explain each strength and deficiency that caught our attention. Photographs and videos taken during the inspection will be attached in the report wherever necessary to support our findings—and we’ll also be including the innovative Create Request List™ (CRL)™ feature by HomeGauge.

Red Roof Home Inspections did an excellent job inspecting my home. From the roof to the crawl space, Gary and Tom were on top of things. I was given a comprehensive list of all things wrong with the home. Don't expect any inspector to find every issue. Mine had issues that were unseen. So, be prepared for what the inspectors can't find.

Gary was a lifer saver! We were under contract and right at the end of the due diligence period for selling our home and the radon system failed home inspection. We had the radon system fixed and Gary agreed to come put a box out for us at the last minute so we could have a retest done before the house due diligence period was up! He was able to give us the results as soon as he came back to pick up the box. He promptly provided a report we could give our buyers that same day. I would highly recommend Gary and Red roof inspections!
